ATP Alameda A Lantern Installations

The ATP Alameda A lantern is an extremely favourable post-top lantern for businesses and private ownership. This is due to it being corrosion resistant and the LED forms come with a comfort diffuser to stop glare from the LEDs, making it one of the few LED lanterns that comes with this as standard (and one of the only LED lanterns I like).

Sandy Way, Tamworth

These examples are located adjacent to Sandy Way, Tamworth.

They run LED lamps, however this likely isn't their original lamp type, due to the lack of a diffuser, and the LED lamps stem from the base of the lantern. In the LED-sold version, the lamp is in the top canopy of the lantern, hidden by the diffuser.

I really do like how striking these lanterns look. On the 15th April 2024, I caught a glimpse of these lanterns day-burning. There's likely no fault here however, being that they are switched manually from within the building.
