Holophane CityMax Large Lantern Installations

Morrison's, Tamworth

These Holophane CityMax (Large) lanterns are located in the Morrison's carpark, Tamworth. They replaced Tamlite Tamglobes on double-armed columns in 2022. In the below image, these lanterns can be seen lighting the carpark at night.

A close-up of one of the lanterns reveals the 6 LED units within. This one, having been located under the trees, didn't take long to get covered in cobwebs. I quite like these lanterns, they look a lot like UFOs which makes these merge with my love of space.
