Curzon Street, Burton-upon-Trent

This installation is mounted within a small private lot at the end of an alleyway off Curzon Street, Burton-upon-Trent.

I'm unsure of the exact make of this shovel flood, and (at least from this angle) it does not appear to have a lamp inside. It would have run a GLS lamp during bygone times, probably tungsten filament.
