Candela Light Aston Maxi Lantern Installations
Candela's Aston Maxi Lantern is of a common design, but I think Candela does it best. This is mainly due to the wide-range of optics, design choices and lamp-types the lantern can accommodate. 50W-250W SON-T, Ceramic Metal Halide or MH, up to 140W Cosmopolis, CFL or LED versions are available. These can be mounted post-top (via a stirrup bracket) or top-entry (via a top-entry outreach bracket).
Birmingham
The Priory Square, Birmingham is home to tens of these lanterns. They probably would have been SON originally but were retrofitted using LED cob lamps.

Following the pathway through to The Square itself, more Candela Aston Maxis can be sighted on triple-arm brackets. There are seven columns total in the centre of The Square.
Some decorative wall-brackets with two arms are situated around The Square, each with two Candela Aston Maxi lanterns on them. Take a closer look at the close-up below and you may see the Candela logo on the gear-tray to the right.
