DW Windsor Dover Lantern Installations

DW Windsor's Dover lantern is available in two sizes. The Dover 450 is the smaller lantern, and the Dover 500 is the larger lantern. They could previously run SON or metal halide lamps, but nowadays are sold as an LED lantern, keeping their original design.

Birmingham

Witton Road in Birmingham is lined with examples of the Dover, most painted orange-yellow.

These examples run 150W SON-T.

The roundabout joining the A4040 to Witton Road has a few flat-glass examples of the Dover lantern. This is column 47A.
