This was the old version of the DW Windsor Polar, featuring a two-part, bland design on the band around the lantern. The design was changed later down the line, and a side-entry option was introduced. These lanterns could run up to 250W SON-T or MH.

They are both operated off of a radio-node, perched upon the top of the column.

They look-to-run Philips Master CityWhite lamps, possibly 150W.
