Holophane Parkpak Lantern Installations
Holophane Parkpaks were a somewhat-rare fixture, available for wall/ceiling mount, or pole-mount. They could run 70-150W SON, 175W metal halide or 80-175W mercury vapour lamps. The Parkpak was designed specifically to solve the issue of lighting in high-vandalism areas, with it's heavy-duty cast aluminium canopy and strengthened polycarbonate bowl.
Lichfield City Centre
The underpass next to CEX in Lichfield City Centre has a couple of ceiling-mounted Parkpaks.

Judging by the scorched bowls, these have been in service for quite a while. The lamp-compartment is slightly too small on these fixtures, so they can get heat-stressed. I'd guess these run 100W or 70W SON. The closest lantern was pictured first:
