Kingfisher Cireco Lantern Installations
The Kingfisher Cireco is a street lantern which can be seen in many amenity applications. They are only available for post-top mounting, and feature a diffuser glass to reduce glare from the LEDs. Each lantern is fitted with a Tridonic D4i DALI 2 driver for optimal performance and durability.

Just-off Marsden Park, these lanterns are located on double-armed brackets. They probably supported globe lanterns originally.
What I find interesting is you can still see the bracket adaptor's sticker, it was probably supplied with the lanterns:
