Knightsbridge E27PC Lantern Installations

The Knightsbridge E27PC is a common generic bulkhead that could run GLS lamps up to 100W, and as the name suggests, inside is an E27 lamp-holder. They could be fitted with clear or red refractor covers, held on via one screw at each end of the bulkhead light. The base of the bulkhead is made from aluminium.

Blending into the bricks in a tunnel leading to St John the Baptist Church are a few Knightsbridge E27PC bulkheads. I hadn't spotted them on my first trip through the tunnel, but did on my way back! They are quite camouflaged up there!

It is unknown if these work, but I believe they are operated from within the church.
