Philips SGS102 Lantern Installations
The Philips SGS102 is the larger version of the SGS101, designed for use with a higher wattage of lamp. They most commonly run SON or metal halide lamps.
M42 Services, Tamworth
These examples on the grounds of the M42 Tamworth Services likely run SON 100W, but the bowls are all nearly blacked out so it's nearly impossible to tell during the day. This one's bowl is loose, meaning water and dirt have gotten in, leaving it looking not-too-healthy at all. These have either no photocells, or dummy photocells used simply to bridge the connections between the NEMA sockets. This is due to them being operated from within the service station building.
All but one of these are side-entry versions, but this one has a post-top adaptor.
