Phosco P236 Lantern Installations

Phosco's P236 lantern was quite rare, and could run 50W-100W SON, 50W-125W MBF or 75W-100W MBI lamps. The lanterns were also available with remote-gear, sold as the Phosco P235. The P236 was side-entry only, the body made from LM6 cast aluminium, and was a smaller version of it's sister lantern, the P220/4.

This example is located along the B4100, being privately-owned. Due to the presence of nearby floodlights, we can assume this installation is no longer in service.

I believe this example would have run an MBF lamp when in service.
