Thorn Sphere Lantern Installations

Globe lanterns can be hard to identify, they look very similar but I believe this strange installation to be a Thorn Sphere, as the insides can just about be seen through the globe, and it's base is a match. If I were to guess, it runs 100W SON, being located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. It is mounted on a concrete spire, rather than a normal column, making it quite a unique globe lantern. In fact I didn't notice it was a lantern until I zoomed in on the lantern-less column newly installed next to it. Other Spheres are installed on similar spires around the area.
