Industria 2551 Lantern Installations

The Industria 2551 Lantern is located about Lichfield, Staffordshire. They are also known as the Industria Iris. This one runs 36W PL-L, and is mounted at 5m on an unbranded column.

There are more of them located in side streets and garage/parking areas dotted along Purcell Avenue. Both of the ones in this parking area were day-burning, providing a beautiful view of the lanterns against the pearl-white sky.

Due to the day-burning, we can clearly see a November, 2003 date compass on the bottom of the bowl, giving us an idea of when these lanterns were manufactured.
