The Philips 35W SOX lamp is most commonly used in street lighting. It is currently the most commonly used SOX lamp in use in the Tamworth area, with the main road SOX lamps rapidly disappearing in favour of LEDs. It can often be seen in use along-side 26W SOX-E, usually on residential streets and sometimes cycleways/pathways.
