These are probably one of the smallest "official" lanterns ever produced! This one came unwillingly from eBay, after a night out I checked my purchase history to find it in there. I have not yet lived this down, but it is still deserving of it's own page! It came complete with a brand-new photocell, and is believed to have done a few years of service before it's removal.
The photocell is about 1/6th the size of the lantern!
ASD's logo is barely-visible on the back of the lantern. The metal structure perched on the spigot-area is actually the clip to access the internals.
There isn't very much space to work with inside, the driver is installed on the door itself rather than the lantern's body, probably to make it easier to work on when it's opened up.
As mentioned before, the lantern is in working order, so I installed a cable and regularly use this lantern as a desk lamp (or something to prop my phone up with)!
