Gaash Mars 10 Lantern Installations

An Israeli fixture, the Gaash Mars 10 was rarely seen over here in the UK. They are known to have run up to 125W mercury lamps, or up to 150W internal-ignitor high-pressure sodium (SON-I) lamps. They were able to be post-top or side-entry mounted.

This was a stunningly rare find! Located in the far corner of Sandford Street Car Park is this Israeli fixture, the Mars 10 by Gaash. Presumably, it runs 70W SON. It's the only one in the carpark and has been since 2009, where a mix of GEC Nightwatches and Gaash Mars 10s inhabited the car park. These were later replaced with Urbis Altra 2s, leaving one remaining survivor.
